Acrylic Wine Display Manufacturing and Packaging

1. Acrylic sheet cutting

According to the design drawings of the wine display rack, the acrylic sheet is diced according to the size of the drawing.

2. CNC processing

According to the design drawings, the acrylic sheet is processed by CNC lathe, planer and milling machine.

3. Polishing processing

The CNC-processed acrylic sheet is subjected to cornering and polishing to make it smoother.

4. Laser carving, silk screen or inkjet

According to the customer's requirements, choose to use one of the processes such as laser engraving, enamel painting, silk screen printing or inkjet printing to add advertising words and brand LOGO to the acrylic display rack products.

5. Hot bending processing

Hot bending of the acrylic sheet according to drawings, and put the processed acrylic into the hot furnace box and the hot strip to be heated. The heating time should be determined according to the processing experience of the master. After bending, fix it with a holder and cool it.

6. Bonding

Adhesive glue is selected according to the processing material. No bubbles or traces are found at the bonding point.

7. Quality inspection, packaging, and shipment

After inspection, the product is packed and shipped, the acrylic display rack is covered with the protective film so that the surface of the acrylic display rack will not appear friction, fingerprinting and dust, and put into the customized packing box.
